Bruce Thede

Bruce has been a Certified Home Inspector for over 8 years and has inspected well over 2,000 homes during that time. He was personally trained by Mike Leupitz and is certified with InterNachi and the state of Oregon. Bruce is based in Salem and focuses on Salem, Dallas, Silverton, Woodburn and the surrounding areas. Erik Thede

Erik has a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and has worked in the field for over five years before becoming a home inspector. He is a Certified Home Inspector with InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home Inspectors) and is an Oregon Certified Home Inspector. Erik has over 4 years experience with over 1,000 home inspections completed. Erik specializes in residential houses, apartment buildings and offers radon testing services

Scott Whitlow

Scott worked in the engineering field for over 27 years before becoming a home inspector. He is
a certified Home Inspector with InterNACHI (International Association of Certified Home
Inspectors) and is an Oregon Certified Home Inspector. Scott is based in Salem and services the
area and the Lincoln City area (on a pre-determined schedule) as a local inspection. Scott
specializes in residential houses, apartment buildings and offers radon testing services.

Mike Leupitz

Mike Leupitz began his career as a home inspector in 1984.  He is an Oregon Certified Home Inspector and helped write the standards of practice for the industry. Mike is a leading expert in pest identification and also owns a pest control company. Mike is now enjoying retirement and we are grateful for the experience and knowledge that he continues to provide the company!
